Returns policy
Please note all our products are stringently inspected prior to despatch.
If you would like to return any item that you have purchased from Maaria B’s Accessories, please return it within 14 days of receiving the product. Please state the reason for return of the item to improve our service. All we ask is that the item is returned in its original condition with packaging etc.
Prior to returning any item please contact us so that one of our representatives can assist you further.
No refunds are given if the products are received outside the 14 day returns period.
We have the right to refuse a refund if any returned items are in an unacceptable manner. This includes:

Used or worn items will not be refunded

Smoke Smell, cigarette smell

Pet Smells

Smelling of perfume or any fragrances

Damage to the products
Please remember to include the original invoice with your items. It would also help us if you would email and let us know when to expect your package.
You are responsible to pay for the return postage and we will refund only the purchase price. We do not refund any special delivery postage costs.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items when you are returning any item to us. To ensure your safety it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
A credit note will be issued for ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS. (Refer to terms and condition 14 day refund policy).
If you have any questions with regards to a particular item, we will be more than happy to answer your queries. We would rather like you to be 100% sure before purchasing the items, than later go through the hassle of returning the item.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange any item it will only be granted if the product is in its original new condition. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the item is in used condition or is returned in an unacceptable manner.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately on receipt and return to us within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE we will not refund or exchange any faulty items after 7 days.
